The hotel is a mixed bag with very clean rooms but smaller than expected. The lack of shelves or drawers made it challenging to keep tidy for elderly guests. The service, especially from Jo the manager, was exceptional. The location is fantastic with easy access to public transport and central amenities. The dining options were average, with pre-packed meals not offering great value. Overall, a good stay but with room for improvement.

Across the road, you can find a great breakfast deal at Wetherspoons. The hotel room was large and had all the standard facilities you would expect, making our stay convenient and enjoyable.
