Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a mixed bag with very clean rooms but smaller than expected. The lack of shelves or drawers made it challenging to keep tidy for elderly guests. The service, especially from Jo the manager, was exceptional. The location is fantastic with easy access to public transport and central amenities. The dining options were average, with pre-packed meals not offering great value. Overall, a good stay but with room for improvement.
The hotel is a lovely place, quite large and perfect for families, well-placed in the center of things in Llandudno. The rooms are lovely, light, and airy, exceeding the typical seaside hotel standards, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, helpful, and professional, with easy parking options nearby. The location is brilliant, offering easy access to shops, the pier, and even a Wetherspoons close by. However, the room might be more functional than cozy for longer stays, with a few minor inconveniences. The dining options nearby, especially at 'Harveys Bar and Grill' and 'Orient Express,' are delightful. Overall, a convenient spot for a short stay in Llandudno.
The hotel rooms were immaculate, very clean, and I would recommend staying here. However, I would suggest asking for a lower floor as they are cooler in temperature. The rooms were a bit sparse. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist and genuinely caring. The location was ideal with nearby amenities and free parking. Despite some noise from slamming doors, we had a good stay overall. The dining options were limited, but we managed to find alternatives nearby. Overall, a comfortable stay with great value for money.
The hotel had everything we needed for our 1-night stay in Llandudno. The rooms were nice, the shower was good, and the beds were so comfy. The staff at reception were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in the luggage room until check-in at 3 pm. They also gave us 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi. Across the road, you can find a great breakfast deal at Wetherspoons. The hotel room was large and had all the standard facilities you would expect, making our stay convenient and enjoyable.
The hotel is ideally located near the pier and close to various restaurants, offering a central spot for exploring the area. Although the rooms were comfortable and had a good view, they were affected by early morning traffic noise. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond, even assisting with restaurant reservations. The location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions, but issues with ventilation in the shower room impacted the stay. Dining options were limited, but the proximity to cafes offered alternatives. Overall, a positive experience with some minor drawbacks.
